This rare insight into the specific impact of international aid policy on recipient communities will make donors and tax-paying citizens reconsider what international aid is and what it should be. Made in the run-up to the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, the film is part of an advocacy campaign to reform aid led by Dalia Association.
