Tum Nahi Chara Gar is a documentary based on the life of Saira - a transgender woman, living in the conservative society of Balochistan, province of Pakistan. The film explores her life since she was a child, her journey of coming to a new city, finding new people, the struggles and discrimination she meanwhile faced because of her gender and identity. It also tells the audience about what life has been for the transgender community in Pakistan after the COVID-19 pandemic, and the deadly floods in Balochistan in the last two years.
